A former journalist and editor, Caroline is a multi-award winning strategic communications expert with over 20 years experience of supporting large and complex organisations to achieve their business aims.

A trained mediator Caroline has expert media handling skills, a strong track record in designing and delivering effective public engagement and consultation programmes, and a common sense approach to providing insightful and considered professional advice and support to senior teams and boards.
With a masters degree in service improvement Caroline has led and advised on organisational mergers, and also carried out a number of strategic service reviews resulting in tangible benefits for people and organisations.
